Patient Coordinator

We're a physician-led aesthetic clinic in Orange County, California, and we're looking for someone special to join our team—not just fill a role. This is a long-term position for someone who wants stability, autonomy, and the chance to truly own their work.
The Role
You'll be the first voice our patients hear. When a woman fills out a form because she's finally ready to do something for herself—maybe Botox, maybe a facial treatment—you're the person who calls her back, makes her feel comfortable, and helps her book an appointment.
This isn't a script-reading call center job. We need someone who can connect with people, put them at ease, and represent our clinic with warmth and professionalism. Someone whose smile you can hear through the phone.

What You'll Do
- Call and text leads quickly when they come in (speed matters in our business)
- Follow up persistently but warmly with people who don't respond right away
- Reach out to old leads and past inquiries to re-engage them
- Make outbound calls to potential clients when time allows
- Book appointments and confirm them so patients actually show up
- Answer basic questions about our services (we'll train you, but natural curiosity helps)
- Manage your own workflow—we're not going to micromanage you
- Flag issues proactively when something isn't working
Who You Are
You Have
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, warm phone presence
- Experience in customer service, sales, or patient coordination
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to make calls
- Availability during US Pacific business hours (night shift in PH)
You Are
- Self-motivated—you don't need someone watching over you
- Naturally warm and positive (not forced, genuinely friendly)
- Comfortable speaking up when something needs attention
- Interested in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness (or willing to learn)
Compensation
We believe in paying well for great work. Your earnings are tied directly to results—the better you perform, the more you make.
Base Pay
$7/hour × 160 hours
$1,120
Booking Bonus
$5 per appointment booked
