MedGlo is a boutique aesthetic medicine practice in Mission Viejo, California. We're not a chain spa or a trend-chasing clinic. Every treatment is performed by Dr. Violeta herself — a hospital-based physician who brings real medical expertise to aesthetic care.

Our patients are mostly women aged 40–60 who are nervous about trying treatments for the first time. They choose us because we're calm, honest, and never pushy. We call it "Anti-Med-Spa Energy" — reassurance over persuasion, every time.

The Role

Patient Coordinator

You'll be the first voice our patients hear. When a woman fills out a form because she's finally ready to do something for herself — maybe Botox, maybe a facial treatment — you're the person who calls her back, makes her feel comfortable, and helps her book an appointment.

This isn't a script-reading call centre job. We need someone who can genuinely connect with people and represent our clinic with warmth and professionalism.

This is a remote, full-time, long-term position. You'll work US Pacific business hours and have real autonomy over your day. We handle all tech and phone setup — you just need to be great with people.

The Details

What You'll Do & Who You Are

Your Day-to-Day

  • Call and text leads quickly when they come in — speed matters
  • Follow up persistently but warmly with people who don't respond right away
  • Re-engage old leads and past inquiries
  • Book appointments and confirm them so patients actually show up
  • Answer basic questions about our services
  • Manage your own workflow — we don't micromanage
  • Flag issues proactively when something isn't working

What You Bring

  • Excellent spoken English — clear, natural, and warm
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting
  • Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls
  • Availability during US Pacific business hours
  • Self-motivated — you don't need someone watching over you
  • Comfortable speaking up when something needs attention
  • Interest in aesthetics or wellness is a plus, not a requirement

Built to Reward What Matters

Base Pay / Month
$7/hour × 160 hours. Guaranteed every month regardless of performance.

Per Booking
For every appointment you successfully schedule with a patient.

For every patient who actually walks through the door.

Frequently Asked Questions

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (US), Monday through Friday. This translates to night shift hours in the Philippines (approximately 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT, depending on daylight saving time).

This is a full-time position — 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day. We're looking for someone who wants long-term stability, not a side gig.

Not required, but helpful. What matters most is your phone presence, warmth, and ability to make people feel comfortable. We'll train you on the services — you just need to be great with people.

Payment is made monthly via your preferred method (Wise, PayPal, or direct bank transfer). Your base pay is guaranteed, and bonuses are calculated based on confirmed bookings and patient shows.

You'll need a computer, reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace for calls, and a headset with a good microphone. We provide all software, phone systems, and training.

Because this role is all about how you sound on the phone. Your resume tells us your background, but your voice tells us if you're the right fit. We want to hear your natural warmth, clarity, and energy — the same qualities our patients will experience.
